• If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, 48 hour notice is required to receive a full refund. You can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund or you may leave the full amount on credit to be used on a future date, based upon availability.    
• In the event of inclement weather we will not be able to setup displays and a full refund will be issued. Inclement weather includes thunderstorms, lightening, high winds, hurricanes, flooding.   
• No refunds will be given if we are provided with a wrong address.    
• No refund will be given if we are denied access to a gated community.    
• No refunds will be given if the homeowner asks us to remove the display from the property.   
• No refunds will be given due to any animals that may prevent us from setting up the display or circumstances that are out of our control.
