Frequently Asked Questions

What does your price include?

 Our price includes delivery, setup, and pickup of your custom greeting. Once your invoice has been paid you do not need to do anything except enjoy your Yard Confetti. Don’t forget to snap a picture and #GraffitiiTheYard @graffititheyard on Facebook & Instagram! 

How do i place an order?

Complete the reserve form on our website and we will email you back with approval and an invoice. Invoice must be paid within 24 hours to secure your date. 

Are your cards for purchase or for rent?

Our yard cards are for rent and meant for your to enjoy for a period of approximately 24 hours. 

What are your set up times?

Setups will be anytime between the hours of 7 P.M. and 12 A.M. the evening before your scheduled event date. We will be back to pick up our display anytime after 7 P.M the evening of your event. You will have the daytime hours to enjoy your display. If you would like the display for additional days there will be an additional $40 charge per day, subject to availability.  

What area do you service?

We currently service Shoreacres, La Porte, Deer Park and Pasadena area within 10 miles.  If available, we can deliver outside of these areas up to 20 miles for an additional fee. Please inquire with us about different delivery areas .  We are happy to Graffiti The Yard near you!

How much notice do you need?

The sooner the better! We would like at least a 24 hour notice. However, if you book within 24 hours of your event you will be subject to an additional $25 service charge. 

Can I place a special custom order?

Of course! But we ask that you give us a 3 week notice so we can insure we get the requested inventory for your event. 

Am I responsible for damaged or stolen goods?

Although we hope we don't encounter this, unfortunately you will be held responsible for damages or stolen cards. You will be invoiced $15/per sign for each damaged or stolen item. 

Can I take the signs down myself?

We ask that you do not remove our signs. We like to Graffiti the Yard and pick it up too! Should you want your display to be removed early, please contact us at 281.542.3223 and we will do our best to accommodate. 

What happens if the weather is bad?

 No one likes wet GRAFFITI and rain is not ideal, but we will still attempt to setup your display. In the event of inclement weather (e.g. thunderstorms, lightening, high winds, hurricanes, flooding), we will not be able to setup your yard sign. We will attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible, we will issue a full refund.  

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, 48 hour notice is required to receive a full refund. You can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund or you may leave the full amount on credit to be used on a future date, based upon availability.  View our full Refund Policy by clicking below.
